Excellent appartment!

Its great place! Near by Europa Park, the appartment is new and has everything you need. The kitchen is very convenient and well equipped, Its our second time we stay in Martha guesthouse! Hope to be back again. We enjoyed to sit on the balcony at the evening.

Nice place and i will come back again

The reality is even better than the pictures shown on Booking.com. The property is spacious and big enough to comfortably accommodate a family of six. The pictures could definitely be updated to better reflect the actual place and give it the value and recognition it deserves. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend it to families.

One small improvement would be to add a mirror in the room, especially for ladies who need a convenient place to comb their hair and apply makeup. The beds were acceptable, but upgrading them in the future would make the stay even more comfortable and improve the overall experience.

Perfect for family stay!

New house and appartment. Very large room. Very good kitchen, equipped with everything you need. We had a balcony to backyard - river and trees. The lication is excellent- 8-10 mins walk to the Europa park entrance. Few mins drive from 2 supermarkets. The guesthouse on very nice street with restaurants. Very pleasant walk inside the town. You have great parking.

Very good apartment

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, very close to europa park, 10 minute walk. Several restaurant close by.

There was no wardrobe (there is a clothes rack which was fine for us because we only stayed a couple of days) Would top up the kitchen with some small amenities like sugar, milk and drinking water.

- Ótima localização. 10min a pé até a entrada do Parque; - Ap novo e construído com muita qualidade; - Limpeza; - Ar condicionado Split. Possível regular a temperatura; - Bom banho. Água sempre quente. - Colchão de espuma, mas OK.

- Lençol de algodão só o de elástico para o colchão. A capa do edredom e do travesseiro são de um material sintético, meio áspero. Muito desagradável ao toque da pele. A pessoa que estava comigo tb reclamou. - Senti falta de uma torradeira.

Close to Europa park

No soap/body wash Air condition didn’t work despite temperature being 30 degrees. Mattress didn’t have cover and 1 pillow was missing
