Fix the floor so it doesn't creak so much!

The best and most convenient location—in the city center.

Everything—from the door handle to the furniture—is simply in terrible condition. When you're trying to sleep, if someone walks in the hallway, the sound is incredibly loud in the room—the floor creaks—it was unbearable. It was impossible to sleep!

The location of the place and how close by it is to the town centre and the accessibility to various areas tourist attraction and a number of restaurants as well as mosques and public transport.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the wardrobe was broken and I had to fix it myself. Lights were dim and one of them is out. The pillow was weird shape which give me neck pain by night two. The cleaners doesn't pay attention to details when cleaning, they only wash the towels. I was given used bed sheets. Concidering the low price, the place attract some local drugies, so if you decide to stay her be prepared.

Location is perfect for the value; 20 minutes walk and you are in the heart of all the major tourist attractions.

Poor communication; giving a different phone contact from person responding on booking.com who didn't seem to communicate together and between cleaners lead to a moderate amount of un needed stress.
