It’s central to major attractions, if you don’t mind the heat and humidity, you can easily walk to several restaurants and shops.
The facilities were great considering the price.
Cleaning was superb and staff were friendly and helpful.
I recommend it.
The row Infront of the hotel can get very busy.

Good internet.
Check out was chaotic. No restaurants or coffee shops in the area. The person that checked me in was very unprofessional. I asked if there was any restaurants or a convenience store nearby. She pointed to the outside in one direction. I never found a convenience store and walked for a long way to try to find a restaurant.

Great location and facilities - nice common area and convenient to have laundry facilities and kitchen
Room didn’t look like pictures - same layout but much older
Drains in shower needed unblocking and flooded our room with dirty water one morning
$$$$
