The location is perfect
The prices are good and the staff is friendly.
However the capsule was unexpectedly small. There are 3 capsules, one on the other and 9 capsules in 1 room, so the door doesn't even fully open. It really triggers your claustrophobia.

Bfast was good. A couple minutes walk away though. Great ambiance at the cafe. Capsules were just a little rough and old, but very cozy and safe. Free water dispenser was a big plus.
Bad odor, but there’s probably no way around that with the economic use of space. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, though the staff were very active in trying to stay on top of it. Old and uncomfortable furniture on the roof deck was disappointing. No hooks in the shower, which made dressing and undressing a logistical challenge.

Capsules in general are excellent! They give much more privacy than I expected and the futuristic design is really cool. It provides some airflow from outside and despite the frowst, I always felt comfortable inside.
Hotel is really clean and is in perfect location - walking distance to all attraction, surrounded by shops, restaurants, mall. Nice view from rooftop.
You can also use the swimming pool and have daily free lemonade in another Bestow hotel - short walk from capsules. After showing your capsule swipe card, you can have -15% applied to their menu... I did it and I was charged +10% :D
This hostel is perfect for people who do not like sleeping in complete darkness. The lights stay on all night and capsules let enough light in so you don't need to feel a fear of the dark.
Bathrooms and toilets (all in one on 1sqm!) have water heaters reminding guests that not every equipment needs to be used to its full potential, but they look pretty good on the walls.
Mattresses give you new opportunities - for the first 10 minutes it feels soft and comfortable, later it slowly becomes a hammock making sure you feel the hard base underneath. If you ever dreamed of visiting a chiropractor but never had a reason - staying here can give you this possibility.
Guests come from many countries - when I stayed there, usually China and India area - so you can learn new languages by listening to your neighbors loud phone calls at 3am. It's really good chance to see/smell different understanding of hygiene and quietness at night ;)
