It was clean, warm and safe.
The staff were helpful.
The entrance doors wouldn't open on arrival (pre check in). There was no response to the door bell and another guest had to let us in. I had already checked in online and was directed to the "self check-in" kiosk to collect room keys, but the machine didn't have any keys left to dispense.
Neither of these things were genuine problems, and were very quickly resolved when a staff member did appear , but I would have been slightly more at ease if the welcome and check-in experience had gone more smoothly.

Location and staff are great
The bed was very small and uncomfortable, the lighting was bright and stark, and the shower did not drain properly. The emergency light also glowed green all night.
