Vasca da bagno molto ampia, con pratico doccino. Struttura pulita. Cucina piccola, ma attrezzata con il necessario per cucinarsi un pasto. A 20 min a piedi dal centro, a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metro (linea M3). L'aria condizionata funzionava bene.
Mancavano le sedie e un tavolo per poter mangiare a casa, c'era solo una tavolino sul balcone. Il letto era abbastanza duro. L'isonorizzazione non era perfetta, si sentivano i cani abbaiare in strada e le sirene. La tavoletta del cesso era in plastica scadente.
