Stunning rooftop terrace, decor throughout was of a very high standard yet lovely and homely.
Location could not have been better. Would stay here again. It has obviously been a much loved home.
The stairs may be off putting to some less fit people.

Lovely spacious apartment in a fabulous old town location. Only a 15 minute walk from the rail station if, like us, you come in on the train. A lovely friendly welcome from Rebecca too.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious with 2 very comfortable bedrooms with a good AC. The terrace is lovely and you get amazing views from there. The kitchen had everything you need. The location is great as you are literally in the heart of the action and can fully explore Lucca from there.
The stairs! it's 4 flights of stairs with no lift - not ideal if you have luggage. If you have a back-pack or a light carryon then it's fine but anything heavier will be a challenge. The parking situation is also not ideal as the apartment is in a restricted zone. You will have to park a 15 mins walk away - again not ideal if you have luggage.

The terrace was beautiful and had some great views. The property was overall very nice.
The listing says the apartment is on the 3rd floor but it is really on the 5th floor based on number of flight of stairs. Had we known this we would not have booked since we were traveling with our daughter who was coming off a study abroad in Copenhagen so she had lots of luggage.
Also we were not told we needed to remove all trash until the evening before our check out. Had we known this from day 1 we would have taken trash out daily.
