Magister Seven was located in the heart of the old town in Sibiu and was easy to drive to with it’s own parking which was a huge bonus. We received a lovely welcome from the team there who were all lovely and looked after us very well. The room was superb - very spacious, beautifully furnished and designed. We had the breakfast each morning which was well worth the money - a fantastic spread with much of it home made. A great place to stay in a lovely old town.
Nothing really - the car park was a bit tight but it wasn’t really a problem and the advantage of having a reasonably priced parking option on site outweighed the manoeuvre to get in and out.

Beautiful restored boutique property right near the entrance to the old town main square. We booked the Deluxe King Room and it was very specious. Beautiful parquet floors and bathtub in the bedroom. Separate large bathroom as well with rain shower. We loved the decor and pretty flowers surrounding the inner courtyard and the terrace where guests can sit with a lovely view and relax or have some wine. Best hotel during our Transylvania stops. Claudia was a wonderful host and is extremely personable with the guests and very accommodating.
There wasn’t anything not to like. The only thing I would recommend is to include at least a continental breakfast in the price of the stay. It was great to have private parking in the courtyard and I would recommend they not charge 50 lei per day. It’s a bit high. But it’s a fabulous place to stay!

Stunning room, excellent breakfast and a wonderfully quiet and beautiful terrace. Perfect location in the heart of Sibiu. Special thanks to the amazing owner and staff for their hospitality.
