There is 15 acres to explore, a private beach, outdoor games, river tubes, canoes, kayak, and several fishing spots. Pack your camera before heading because this property sits next to Hodgson Mill. This particular mill is reportedly one of the most photographed in Missouri. This serene setting is like a painting with a fresh Spring waterfall. Make a full week or weekend visiting our private property. You can float down the Bryant to Warren's Bridge, visit Bull Shoals Lake (Pontiac Cove Marina), or dine at the lovely Rockbridge Restaurant for Dinner. Beautiful location so close to the river. The house was clean and presentable. It was a very enjoyable weekend and I most definitely plan to stay at this location again! And as a kayaker it’s a perfect location.

The house was clean and well maintained. The river access was easy and beautiful. There are great spots for relaxing inside and outside.
