Welcome to the Berghof Burtscher in the Großes Walsertal!
The mountain farm is situated in a quiet, sunny location at 1,200 meters above sea level and is surrounded by meadows, pastures, forests, and mountains. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Walser Ridge, the Rätikon, and the Swiss Alps with their glaciers. Ludescherberg lies at the foot of the Hoher Fraßen and is about 16 kilometers from the Alpine town of Bludenz.
Cozy and fully equipped vacation apartments invite you to relax and unwind. In the evenings, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
The Winter Panorama Trail runs right past our house and is groomed by snowmobile in winter. There’s also plenty for children to discover. Whether it’s building snowmen, making snow forts, or helping out in the barn, there’s plenty to experience.
Whether it’s skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, a ski tour in the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Reserve, sledding, or tobogganing—we offer all of this to our guests.
Our family-friendly Raggal ski area is just 3 km away. Perfectly groomed slopes and three ski lifts invite you to carve or board.
Our farm’s central location allows you to quickly reach the following ski areas:
Sonntag-Stein (10 km), Faschina (17 km), Damüls (19 km), Brandnertal (19 km), Golm (25 km), Hochjoch (27 km), Didamskopf (33 km), Silvretta Nova (35 km), Sonnenkopf (37 km), Stuben–Arlberg (44 km)
We look forward to hearing from you!
The Burtscher mountain farm is the ideal starting point for lovely walks, hikes, and mountain bike tours. The Großes Walsertal Biosphere Reserve is known for fantastic hikes from alp to alp and cozy mountain huts where you can enjoy culinary delights. Alpine and hiking buses will take you to the various alpine pastures. A special experience for our guests from near and far is a visit to the Forest Adventure Trail in the Marultal Valley.
