This charming bungalow will give you a quiet family friendly stay in a central location that is minutes from downtown, Coolidge park, The Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking trails, malls, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, restaurants, and the interstate. Catered for guests that want to relax. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. We had a great time staying at Adrienne’s! The neighborhood is so cute and walkable and everyone was very friendly. Adrienne made sure we had everything we needed and sent amazing recommendations. Make sure to hit up Feed Tavern on an evening to sit on the patio with some live music, the ribs are great! And White Duck Tacos is less than a 10 minute walk with gourmet tacos, outside area and a big screen, very family friendly. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our friends getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The beds were super comfortable, the house was clean in a quiet and safe neighborhood, we had easy and ample parking, check in and check out was super simple with full and accurate instructions. We liked the board games and the coffee and tea we could pick from.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house located in a nice area and was easy to get to. We only stayed 1 night for an event at UTC, but we enjoyed our stay.
