About this cottage rental

A private and cozy little cottage. Conveniently located .7 miles from beautiful senic Wautaga lake. 7.8 miles from Laurel falls trailhead, which is part of the Appalachian trail. 24 miles to Sugar mountian ski resort. Completely remodeled and modernly restored. Perfect for a quiet getaway, an outdoor retreat or stay for a business trip.

I almost hate to leave this place. It was the perfect in-between so on my camping journey. I was able to make some much needed adjustments to my equipment, have a convenient place to rest before and after the NASCAR race (Bristol is a beautiful 30 minute drive), and a place to cook my own food. This is a place I'd return to again. Thank you.

Great place! We only stayed for the night, but it was very cozy! Would book again! Only thing I’d say was a negative was the Wi-Fi. Especially in a dead zone where there was no cellular. If that were fixed, I’d have no problem rating Thu’s place five stars

There was mouse poop on the table beside the couch and in the bedroom floor and a lot of ants. The window unit took about 12 hours to cool the house down, but it was in June.
