Nestled in East Nashville, this charming condo for $74 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: Welcome to The Lounge- your perfect place to stay in Nashville! This newly renovated condo enjoys access to a pool, a workout room, and free covered parking. Sip coffee or a nice glass of bourbon while taking in the views of the Cumberland River on your private balcony. Broadway and Germantown are both within 1 mile and can be walked very easily. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could want. 2 Smart TVs allow for all your streaming needs. Luxurious shower in huge bathroom. The Neighborhood: Walking distance to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks in Nashville. Tennessee Titans stadium is just over the bridge and can be easily walked on gamedays or for concerts. Two streets over is the new Sounds baseball stadium that is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Bowling alley and Top Golf that is all walkable. Getting Around: Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters.

We had a great time in Nashville the condo was perfect, clean and well located from the downtown Nashville. James was a great host and very responsive. The condo worked out perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and situated on the river.

Well lit, plenty of parking and a short drive to broadway! My favorite spot was the little patio overlooking the river!

This property is in a great location. Easy walk to downtown. We went to the CMA fest concert at Nissan Stadium. Easy enough walk. May want to consider an Uber back at night. Two people walking home in the dark is a little iffy. Condo was excellent!

Gosh where do I start!! The place was immaculately cleaned, smelled really nice, beautiful just like the pics & the location was perfect, spot on!! The view of the river was very relaxing. The fireworks were spectacular!! Nashville delivered!! & James was such a pleasure to chat with, on point and very helpful! :))) Thank You James, Thank You Nashville!!

My spouse and I were in town for just one night. Property was an easy ride share/taxi ride away from anything on the east side or downtown Nashville. Would stay again.
