We look forward to hosting your next destination! Here at Coeur d'Alene nothing was an afterthought! We sourced decors, arts, and original oil paintings, and bedroom artisan style furniture from surrounding communities. Our personal favorite part of Coeur d’Alene is that each bedroom is named after the community where we sourced the bedroom furniture from! Harrogate, Deer Lodge, Lake City, or Sharps Chapel, you will notice the distinguish feature of each set. We carefully selected the top end mattresses for your good night of sleep. Care to host a party for breakfast, lunch or dinner? The kitchen is fully equipped with high end KitchenAid appliances, a food ninja air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, cups, cooking pots, utensils and many more. You will find options of regular or decaf coffee and a selection of teas! A Weber grill is just located on a separate patio adjacent to the kitchen. Catch up on your favorite TV show, a ball game, or watch a movie on our 75” TVs at the upper and lower levels of the house! Care to play? Gather together for a round of poker, card games or board games at the dinner table (the reverse side is the card table), or play a game of pool, foosball, indoor corn hole on the lower level. Don’t forget to explore the outdoors! A natural stone path leads to the boat dock and the crystal Lake of Tellico! You cannot help but to notice the long shoreline from the property all the way to the Butterfly Island. Right before the dock, you will find the hammock in between the trees as well as a bench to your left by the lake. If you stop and listen, you may hear the beautiful wind-chime hanging in the woods. Swimming, fishing, or just sitting on the lounge chairs to watch the sunset and the fish jumping out of the water. The fire-pit that is surrounded by lounge chairs is for late-night storytelling and s'mores! There are many hiking trails nearby and you can walk directly onto the nearest one from the property. Fishing is also available from the dock or from the shore! Pet friendly restaurants and parks are all within a short driving distance! Coeur d'Alene is located in the Coyatee Point subdivision at the end of a cul-de-sac. The subdivision is the first one on the north end of Tellico Village, a very friendly retirement community with no age restrictions. The neighborhood is quiet but most residents live in a very active life style. All homes in the subdivision have fantastic water views and half of the homes are lake front. The quiet times are between 10pm to 8am. Personal transportation is the best option to travel but Uber or Lyfts are frequent to the area. Below are a list and description of each room in the house! The individual rooms each have specific names with meanings behind each! Enjoy! Harrogate Room Sitting on the hilltop of Harrogate, Tennessee overlooking Lincoln Memorial University, a prominent family estate was ornamented with American classic style Pulaski furniture. Its heritage of outstanding value, quality and design set the tone for Coeur d’Alene. The moment you walk into the front door, you will notice many definitive pieces throughout the house - the entryway cast iron table with leather inlay, the mirror over the table, the black and gold Pulaski bedroom set, the original oil painting over to your right, and the ivory color table with black marble top. Deer Lodge Located about 60 miles northwest of Coeur d’Alene, near Catoosa Wildlife Management Area, Deer Lodge, TN known for its proximity to the Amish Country and its breathtaking views of east TN hillside. The AICO by Michael Amini Eden Collection bedroom set in the Deer Lodge Room had been the show piece of the equestrian family over the decade. Eden brings the flair of European “Old World” styling and ties the exquisite details of the solid birch wood, marble top, Ash Burl inlays, and wrought iron together by featuring a Lion’s paw motif. Stone Crossing A twist of old-world classic style, this simple yet elegant set was brought in from a family guest room located in the Stone Crossing subdivision, only a few miles from here. Not surprisingly, every guest who visited Coeur d’Alene loved Stone Crossing. It is a well sought-after room. The Cove Tucked around the back of the staircase, the Cove is a hidden gem of Coeur d’Alene with a beautiful white marble shower and a spacious walk-in closet. You cannot help but notice the original paintings reminiscent of the colors of the water. The furniture came from the Cove community within the upscale Turkey Creek business district in Knoxville, TN. Lake City The largest bedroom with a matching panoramic view of Tellico Lake at Coeur d’Alene, Lake City is furnished with the dark and bold Victorian style king set. The intricate details of each piece flows effortlessly onto the other without overpowering the overall elegance. It has a natural wood grain color variation with a hint of masculinity. It was purchased the area known as Lake City. Sharpe’s Chapel A gateway to Norris Lake and Chuck Swan, Sharps Chapel is located near the Clinch and Powell rivers. It was established in the 1700's by American Revolutionary veteran Henry Sharp. A post office was established in the area in 1866 and it was originally named Clinch River. My siblings & I rented this beautiful home in Tellico Village to celebrate my Dad's 90th birthday, who also lives in Tellico. The home was as beautiful as the pictures online. The host were wonderful throughout the process and the home met all our needs. Six bedrooms for six kids! The house was clean, well furnished and in a great location. Thank you Jay & Mei for allowing us to celebrate a very memorable weekend in your rental home.

Our family of 9, ages 16 though late 70s, spent Thanksgiving week at the Coeur d’ Alene house on Lake Tellico. The amenities were outstanding, well equipped kitchen and lakefront. The young adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat as well as fishing. The beds were comfortable and dressed with upscale linens. The owner host was very accommodating, helpful and super friendly. I would recommend this house for large family gatherings. My family also wants to return in the future!

Beautiful home and setting that was a perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding. The home is well-appointed with everything you could possibly want or need—numerous gathering areas, games for entertainment and a great outdoor area. The hosts checked in with us numerous times to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home for those looking for accommodations in the greater Knoxville area.

The place was beautiful and the host were super nice. Everything we needed was available to us. In house entertainment with the pool table and other games were great. The outdoor area with beautiful lake views and a slip for fishing and my pal's boat was a bit hit. We were basically watching sports all weekend and the TV's were new and big for viewing. The place was spotless and had a clean smell about the place. I would recommend this stay to anyone.
