Located 2/10 mile from East Sandwich Beach known for it's fabulous sandy tidal flats at low tide. Explore the tidal pools for shells, critters or a nugget of sea glass to take home as a momento! The first floor offers Living Room with hardwood floors, fireplace and TV, updated Kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, tile floors and new appliances. This level also includes 2 Bedrooms, a Full bath and the Breezeway which serves as the Dining area. The second floor offers 2 oversized Bedrooms and another full Bath. Exit the breezeway to access the patio and backyard outfitted with patio furniture for outside dining, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. 4 window AC units to keep you comfortable, one in each Bedroom. Your small pet may be considered here too! This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on dune anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. State and local taxes are charged if applicable. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. ***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. Other than being close to the beach, this house was terrible. We arrived to find unsatisfactory cleaning, stained carpets, old/broken furniture, cracks in the walls, and a refrigerator that didn’t stay closed. I immediately reached out to the property management company, who did send the cleaners back and a maintenance person over the weekend to address some initial issues; however, when I tried reaching out after that concerning the general condition of the property (especially as compared to the listing photos), I heard back 2 days later saying they were waiting to hear back from the owner about my concerns, and never heard back again. Don’t waste your time giving this property a second look.
