Very clean and well thought out vacation rental. Just a few steps from a nice calm beach that is perfect for little ones. This rental is perfect for multi-generation families with a downstairs bedroom for grandma and grandpa.

We really enjoyed the house, the location and the beach. It was also nice to watch the chipmunks in the back yard!! Roasting marshmallows with the kids and really enjoying family!! We will stay there again!!

Family of 5 with 3 small children had a wonderful stay. Well appointed house with lots of room, A/C!, nice shady backyard, and excellent location near a private beach. Beach is pretty rocky but during low tide there are several big sandbars that lots of families seem to take advantage of. The neighborhood is a short drive to just about everything you would need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sweet, quiet neighborhood with a perfect (albeit a bit rocky) beach for playing in the low tide pools and watching sunset. The house is newly renovated and so clean and well appointed. We had a great family visit with big meals and room for everyone. Bill’s recommendations for food and things to do were spot-on! Thank you!
