It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 65 m² with sofa and TV. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Separate toilet. - Laundry room. On the 1st floor: - Master bedroom: a queen-size bed (160×200) opening onto a 13m² terrace with a private bathroom (shower and bath) and WC. - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bathroom with shower and private WC. - A small lounge to discuss your travel memories over coffee or tea. From this lounge, you have access to the upper terrace with a breathtaking view of the Alpilles. On the 2nd floor: - Room 3: two single beds that can be moved closer together. - Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be moved closer together. - A bathroom with shower, shared by both rooms. - Separate toilet. - A relaxation area with table and chairs. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A jaccuzi for 5 people usable from April to October (subject to favourable weather conditions). - A beautiful enclosed garden of 320 m². - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A pizza oven is available. All you need to light it is provided on site. The house is ideally located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
