Pretty poor experience - could easily be so much better

Rang the hosts as we were arriving earlier and they allowed us to get into the property when we got into Sierra Nevada. The location si good (once we discovered the bus) with good access to the slopes (almost ski in / ski out)

We were literally let into the property and then the host left immediately. There was no information book to tell us how things worked or how to access ski lifts / times of the bus and where to get it - so no location info at all. There was no kettle and only 2 cups for a group of four - when I asked for a kettle and more cups - we were bought 3 cups and told that there was no kettle - however to be fair the hosts did get us a kettle in the end. I don't expect to have to boil water on a stove or in a microwave to be able to make a drink. The shower in the main bathroom was not sealed and so water poured out onto bathroom floor when it was used, so everyone just used the en-suite. If you run the hot water tap in the kitchen sink for a while and have a few of the lights on - the whole electricity trips out and you have to flick fuse switch back on. The light switch in one of the bedrooms is literally behind the pillows at pillow height so if you moved it switched the main light on in the bedroom (at 4am !!) Pretty poor experience all round really.

El salón es amplio con bonitas vistas y cuenta con dos baños.

Dos de los tres dormitorios no tienen ventana/ventilación. Menaje de cocina muy escaso, solo nos hicimos un café pero no hubiésemos tenido menaje para 6 personas. Faltaba limpieza. Una de las camas no tenía fundas de almohadas y no nos pusieron sábanas encimeras. El checkout hay que hacerlo abajo, antes de las 11. Si esquías tienes q ir a primera hora hasta la agencia expresamente a eso.

Apartamento muy amplio en la parte alta de la sierra muy cerca del telesilla

Piso muy amplio para lo habitual en Sierra Nevada (3 habitaciones y dos baños). Decorado con lo justo pero es suficiente. Cocina muy básica. Edificio muy cerca de la parada superior del telesilla. Dispone de aparcamiento.

Buena ubicación pero poco cómodo

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, esta en la zona alta de la estación muy cerca del final de la silla Parador y con fácil acceso a una pista azul. Es bastante grande para 6 personas aunque solo la habitación principal es exterior, las otras 2 son interiores y solo tienen un tragaluz al salón.

Hubo varias cosas malas, las llaves hay que recogerlas en la parte baja de la estación por lo que tienes que dejar el coche en el parking para poder recogerlas y también para devolverlas. El aparcamiento no está en el mismo edificio sino en el de al lado, por lo que tienes que salir a la calle con el equipaje para acceder a tu alojamiento. Además para volver al coche tienes que ir por la puerta de entrada de los coches ya que no te dan llave del portal del edificio al que pertenece el garaje. Es muy incomodo. Tiene un ventanal muy grande con bonitas vistas de la estación pero esta muy mal aislado y entra bastante aire, además si llueve y hace viento como nos pasó a nosotros entra el agua.
