Perfect location clean apartment . Value for money we totally enjoyed our stay.

Loved it staff were helpful and had a quick solution to every issues .

Very disappointing - definitely not value for money

Location was great, spacious lounge.

Several issues in the apartment and building: filthy main entrance, stairwell light not working, fridge with broken elements and needing deep clean, weird glass enclosed balcony filled with random cleaning on display at all times with dirty windowsill and broken window handle, cooker hood light broken, broken fire door in stairwell, filthy kitchen window, child's scooter and fold-up bed and bedding in hallway...enough said...

Exceptional location, plenty of room and good facilities.

Heated towel rail got extremely hot and couldn’t turn it off. Also the mirror light in bathroom couldn’t be turned off. The amount of stairs to the apartment.

the apartment was in a great location, it was clean and met most of our expectations.

I think there could have been a few more essential items such as cling wrap, kitchen paper towels etc given it was a fully equipped apartment. The lighting in the bedroom was not great for reading.
