Well set out unit, very clean and lovely place to stay. Uber & Taxis convenient to local clubs & pubs.
Wi-Fi could not be connected using the instructions that was posted in the unit.
TV remote downstairs in living area not working (Broken select button unable to use)

Clean, modern and well equipped
On street parking for studio apartment, however this was not a major issue.

Price and location
We had specifically booked as it stated it had secure parking. This was essential as we were moving valuables from my late fathers home before handing over the house. On the day of travel we found out that the apartment we had booked did not have secure parking which cause stress. We managed to get thus rectified through Newcastle Executive Apartments.
Upon arrival late in the evening after driving 6 hours it was difficult to find the apartment number CH 1202 rather than 2/12and the garage code we were given was incorrect. Lucky Newcastle Executive Apartments were still open, as the contact number on the booking didn't go through otherwise we would have had to find another hotel.
The garage didn't open and I needed to get my husband to jiggle the door as I entered the code.
Prior to that the gentleman told Mr to enter the code to get I to the foyer. However there is no keypad for the front door.
It was extremely frustrating.
The booking needed to be clear that secure parking is not included in studio apartments.
