יחידה גדולה מאוד ובמיקום מעולה
הסדינים היו קרועים כשהיגענו והחדר לא היה נקי. ביום השני פגשנו את המנקה שהחליף את המצעים וניקה את החדר.

la posizione centrale a Pavia, stanza comoda pulita, molto silenziosa, vicino a via principale.ma su una stradina secondaria
il primo giorno la TV non era utilizabile, a dire il vero non un grande problema, il secondo giorno comunque è stata sistemata. L'accesso è avvenuto tramite collegamenti whatzapp, all'inizio un poco macchinoso, in ogni caso con supporto del proprietario.
non mi è piaciuta l'Interazione con Booking per cui il sovrapprezzo per disdire la prenotazione non compare su alcuna fattura.

Moderne Einrichtung, neuwertig, großes Zimmer, großes Bad, gutes Bett.
- benutzte Shampoo- und Duschgel-Fläschen In der Dusche (auf dem Brausekopf)
- Ablage für Seife und Shampoo lag in Teilen in der Duschwanne)
- Zimmerbar unvollständig (keine Kaffeekapseln, keine Kaffeemaschine) und schmutzig Insbesondere in den leeren Aufnahmen für die Kaffeekapseln
- verzögerte und nicht freundliche Antworten auf schriftliche Anfragen
- telefonische Anfragen zeitweise nicht möglich, kein Rückruf
- Rezeption nicht besetzt: Ich musste Kurtaxe überweisen und meinen Ausweis kopieren und per Email senden, Kommunikation über angegebenes WhatsApp nicht möglich. Alles eigentlich Arbeit des Anbieters.
- Sicherheitsproblem mit Zimmerzugängen: Code Haustür = xxxO, Code mein Zimmer = xxx1, vermutlich weiterhin fortlaufende Codes für die anderen Zimmer, d.h. Jeder Gast kommt in jedes Zimmer.
- Aufgrund der vielen Mängel stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, zu teuer
