Great value. Stay in Warrington regularly including Park Royal across the road. The breakfast here was hands down the best of any Warrington hotel.

It was surprisingly quiet at night considering the location. Bed was comfortable too.
Bathroom was dated, damaged, not very clean and smelled of damp.
Breakfast is served in the pub next door, not a friendly environment and despite very clear requests NOT to put beans on the food, they were spooned on and permeated every item on the plate making it inedible. I accepted it initially, purely because I thought I could just scrape them off, but for some reason they had covered every area of the plate and everything was tainted by a horrible taste. I ended up not eating at all. It felt deliberate.
