Great location, comfortable beds and sofas, reasonably priced when split between a group if you're happy with something basic but well located.
The property is quite tired and in need of a general refresh and refurbishment. The area booklets including recommended cafes etc are sorely out of date. Very little toilet paper was left for our large group, despite a weekend long booking with half rolls only in most of the loos, meaning we had to quickly buy our own. The kitchen was scant on supplies and we had to buy oil and salt etc during our stay. Most of the loos had no hand soap and there was no body wash or toiletries. Much of the kitchen wear and crockery also needed a good clean before use. The outside terrace and seating is in serious need of refurbishment.
