The view and thw fact that it is well maintained.
That the sound insulation is not good enough. I couldn't sleep well because it was noisy when someone closing the front door. People that had waking earlier opening and closing the door was noisy.

Everything is new.
The view is amazing.
There are kittens in the area.
Dirty!
There was trash left in the bed drawers (bags of chips and 3 boxes of smoked iqos cigarettes).
There were dirty socks on the floor from the previous occupants
The sheets were not changed and they smelled like chips.
The photos show bathtub jacuzzi in the roosi but don't get mistaken - they are only in the expensive ones
