L'appartamento era molto spazioso e bello, arredato bene.
All'apparenza era bello, ma poi non era curato: il lavandino aveva un secchio sotto xché perdeva acqua, la doccia in incassata era troppo bassa x entrarci comodamente (ho dovuto lavarmi nella vasca), le luci dei comodini non funzionavano, etc.

The light in the bedroom bathroom did not work. We could not use it.
Other lights were not working.
No facilities for making tea and the coffee machine did not work.

Location was very good, quiet, the apartment spacious,
We have identified smaller deficiencies, e.g. missing mugs, wine glasses, light bulbs, handwashing liquid, the dishes didn't look really clean. Yes, therese small things, but we are used to a better service level on our trips. When we mentioned these to the owner, he answered all our points but obviously didn't want to make any changes to please us. This was what upset us. We consider this as not understanding hospitality. We wanted to give him suggestions to become better.
