The apartment is in a good loction to get into the centre of town. It was clean and there was plenty of space for us as a family of 3. In a previous comment someone complained about damp and smells. The apartment is in a residential building and did smell of smoke and other things but i dont believe there is anything the host can do about this. The host was helpful and gave plenty of info and was available whenever we had questions.
I feel there needs to be more honesty in regards to the parking. The advertisement says free parking which is in a street close to the apartment. I am not sure if it was due to it being a weekend but we arrived on Saturday and there was no parking available and there were many people searching for parking. Every time we went out we had a look and there was nothing ever available which makes me feel like it is a bit of false advertisement. There may be free parking but it is in a popular road where there are limited spaces.
We ended up parking on Viale Mariti Della Liberta which is a main road close to the Apartment. It has blue parking where you pay 1,45€/hr up till 8pm and Sundays are free. Unfortunately our car was broken into. There were atleast 50 other cars parked along the road with ours but maybe due to foreign number plates we were a target. Luckily we had nothing in the car for them to steal apart from a pair of cheap kids headphones. As it was a Sunday there were no police to help us apparently and we ended up parking in Garage Ferrari which is a secure garage and costs 14€ a day.
