very good communication with the host. Very helpful and friendly . He let us drop over bags off before the official check in time.
Such a cute little place. very quite
we were missing an iron. Plenty of parking in the street, but it was not free. After 6pm and Sunday were no charge

The location is perfect, it was very clean and has everything we could need.
Communication was very easy
The spiral staircase, although quirky, makes it extremely difficult to get cases upstairs.
The doors upstairs could do with some attention so that they shut easier and quieter

Location was very handy to shops, the beach and train station. There were lots of amenities to use, was lacking an iron but we were only there for a few days. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunset. Communication was good from booking to departure. Very quiet at night so had a good night's sleep
There was a slight issue with some overlooked cleanliness but nothing to put us off.

Very central for transport, the town, seafront. Kitchen, dining area and lounge were as advertised.
Spiral staircase to bedrooms and bathroom was woobly and very narrow. We left our suitcases on the ground floor. An iron was advertised but not available.
