Apartments in residence with swimming pool in Porto Rotondo

la struttura si trova a porto cervo, immersa nel verde e con vista mare. ampi parcheggi all'ombra e lo staff è molto cordiale. ci hanno lasciato prendere in prestito un ombrellone che avevano lasciato dei visitatori precedenti, che ci è stato molto utile. vicino si trova un ampio parcheggio dove si puo lasciare la macchina e andare verso il centro comodamente a piedi. Inoltre l'ultimo giorno, avendo il volo in tarda serata e non dovendo soggiornare nessuno nella nostra stessa camera, ci hanno posticipato l'orario del check out, facendoci una grande cortesia.

la zona della cucina è molto piccola, noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata però, quindi è un feedback parziale il nostro.

Logement calme et bien situé. Belle piscine avec une superbe vue au coucher du soleil.

Frais de ménage excessifs au vu de la taille de la chambre, du temps de séjour et de la poussière sur les meubles à notre arrivée… seul point négatif que nous retenons.

L’emplacement de cet établissement était très bien. Il y a avait de quoi se stationner. Les espaces extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenus.

Nous avons trouvé que l’appartement manquait d’équipements (et de modernité). Un aspirateur serait appréciable surtout que nous ramenons un peu de sable lors des retours de plage. Ensuite dans la cuisine, la poêle mériterait d’être remplacée, son état était catastrophique. Ensuite, un micro-onde serait pratique à avoir. Enfin, il y a avait un séchoir à linge ce qui est très utile mais il faudrait aussi le remplacer car il était rouillé.

This is a basic apartment and not cheap. Needs updating from the 90's WiFi not great, drops off often Kitchen is basic, lacks utensils but weirdly has a good ovan and fridge. Cork screw broken, knives blunt etc. Tiny counter space No microwave or kettle Tiny tv Indifferent staff. Couch has big burn mark on one arm. Bathroom needs upgrading. Shower has quite good flow but shower cubical is tiny plastic panel 800mm x800mm tray. Place is difficult to find if dark and reception closes at 8pm. Sheets/towels changed by leaving at your door once a week. Porto Rotondo centre 2.5km one way. Local shop 1.5km the other way and is pricey. Overall we loved the area and this was a good base but no frills here. It's like they don't care. This is the same place as Residence Stella Di Gallura but seems to have a higher rating
