Definitely the location. Also enjoyed the lower density, delicious sandwich, dining and music lounge.
Music is loud and room is not quite sound proof. Also the gravelled entrance way that is not practical for transportation of luggages.

The location was great and the industrial design was giving cozy vibes.
The soundproofing can be better. We can hear everything that's going on at the corridor, especially the annoying doors.
