location strategik, betul betul ditengah bandar Kuantan. parking untuk guest disediakan oleh hotel, tapi limited sikit. bilik bersih, cantik, dan cukup selesa untuk berehat. aircond baru & sejuk. bilik air pun bersih, kelengkapan basic disediakan macam sabun, shampoo, towel. water heater pun ada. iron disediakan dekat setiap level, ada coway sekali. memang cukup terbaik dah untuk harga macam ni 👍🏻
water pressure untuk shower slow.... spoil la yang ni. harap boleh ditambahbaik.

I like its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The hotel also has a water filter and lift. It's value for money n really worth staying here.

Cleanliness and Location
There was something wrong with the plumbing. Initially the tank did not fill up although sound of water was running. It filled up later at a slower rate. Tried to fill the tank manual with 1.5l bottle. 4 bottles of water doesn't coincide with the marking of the tank capacity. Maybe the marking is off. I managed to get my final invoice from the concierge, so no worries.
