Views of the harbour were great and access to the town/shops was great. Plenty of places to eat round about. Property suited our family and facilities were adequate for our needs.
There were quite a few things needing attention - Indesit fridge was really needing defrosted, some of the drawer fronts in the fridges + freezer were loose, light fittings were faulty, a stairgate provided was broken, outside veranda seat broken, other furniture had bits missing or loose, grey settee and chair very saggy and uncomfortable, shower drain in attic room was very blocked - had to clear it out to use it. Overall could do with a bit of a reburbishment. Also it is a pity that the pigeons congregate despite netting provided. House next door appears to have been abandoned.

This is a large property over 4 floors , plenty of space, well maintained, very clean and comfortable. This property is a home from home it has everything you would need for a short or long stay.. We found the location ideal with a view over the harbour and the town centre is a few minutes walk from the property. Our son and our young grand children joined us on this trip and they also enjoyed the facilities the property had to offer the games room. The communication with the host was good from arrival to departure.. We spent 5 nights in the house and we feel it was good value for the the price we paid. This property location is ideal if you want to explore the surrounding tourist attractions.
