Great location well equipped good for exploring town and vicinity.
The instructions may need updating. Could have just said press code type in the number and press enter. Directions about parking contradictory. Could have said unload outside garage 6 then park in Station Yard car park display permit. There was info about parking one small car in the garage. Could have been simplified.
Very poor/ no contact with Sykes between booking and arrival. Tries phoning repeatedly to check bed configuration. Couldn’t get through. No response from email beforehand to owners about king size bed configuration and as I feared my request to change it into a twin had not been done. However Jo at Northumberland Cottages saved the day and could not have acted quicker to resolve the issue
Sink in king size en suite not draining filling sink with water. Needs attention.

Location is fantastic for boat trips to the islands and walks along the dunes and the stunning beach.
It was not at all clean which was unpleasant to arrive to. One of the beds was broken but at least the agency staff quickly sorted out a temporary fix.
