good location and fairly quiet
down stairs bedroom shower was older and calcified heads so water flow was poor .
could have some with a bar of soap in the downstairs toilet
could have done with a small nest of tables for the lounge to put drinks on
corkscrew was bent so couldn't open a bottle of wine for my daughters birthday also only 2 water glasses other water glasses were plastic
knives were quite blunt

The Old Stables was clearly a property which had been refurbished to a very high standard at one stage. The bedrooms were superb. The Living area was also very pleasant. The location was good.
The showers need a deep clean. The Waste bin was grubby. The extractor fan above the hob didn't work. The Fridge was leaking on arrival, but seemed to correct itself. Why no coffee table in the lounge is a complete mystery. Parking very difficult for 2 cars.

I liked the location. The layout was good and all bedrooms had an en suite. The welcome pack was a nice touch.
The windows could have been cleaner on the outside (lots of bird poo on them). A little bit of road noise first thing in the morning.

Close to Bamburgh. Spacious, warm, comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bedding and towels.
Strong musty smell of dogs in the downstairs bedroom. Thick cobwebs above the cupboards in the kitchen. Driveway only suitable for a small car. Some areas require a deep clean e.g. carpet, sofa, shower and cutlery. No hand-wash in some of the toilets.
