Excellent host and they gave an extra bedroom to accommodate for extra guests. I was given permission to host a family function. Location was great with spectacular ocean views.

Location was definitely the driving factor in booking Marlin House. Parking was good, staff tried their best to help . I booked Marlin House for my 30th birthday

I would say the outdoor concrete needs to be redone or water blasted, the painting on the walls outside are hideous. I was also double booked on my first night due to a wedding (21/03/26) Luckily my event was the next day. I was told to check in at 12 to setup due to the mishap the day prior. Unfortunately the previous guests trashed the property and ended up checking in at 2. Was surprised to see the property nice and clean given the condition I saw it in. 7.5/10 overall

Breakfast? there wasnt even coffee or tea. very disappointing

host had their own meat and personal storage in the fridge and freezer... stove used and not cleaned. Almost no demarcation between property reserved for guests and personal usage
