This is our third visit and everything was okay as regard to how clean the place is and comfortable. Yes the seats are a bit low as other people have mentioned if you’re an older and have trouble bending you may have trouble getting up and down out of the sofa and the chairs.
There’s a downstairs toilet, which is great saves running up the stairs every time you need to go.
Cooking facilities are okay everything you need seems to be there.
The shower in particular is fantastic it’s fully tiled out room with lots of space.
We had an issue that we contacted the owner about and she was absolutely brilliant. She tried her hardest to put the problem right considering she wasn’t in the country at the time.
Great communication and super helpful.
The location is fantastic. Go out of the back gate and you walking around the lake go around the front and within 50 yards you’re staring at the sea cannot fault the location at all.
Plus, there’s on site parking for one Car comfortably. Maybe you could squeeze two in if you’re very careful.
If I was going to mention anything, the garden is not really looked after, and the outside seating has rusted now.

It's just the best location with such amazing access to the beach and huts. It has everything you need. Just fabulous
