It has everything we needed for a 10 day stay in Melbourne. It felt safe with a fob entry and was close to cafes. Having 2 bathrooms was amazing! The air con was appreciated with the cold weather.
It wasn’t walking distance to a supermarket or grocer so getting food was a bit of a hike, the washer had powder left in it and the rubbish bin wasn’t clean but everything else was great.

The apartment is two bedroom with plenty room - and was equipped with pretty much everything to just arrived & enjoy. We can’t fault the actual apartment. Once you work out the public transport system & where the shops are, it actually is ideal to explore the city. 10/10 for that
The advertised hot tub only worked on one
day out of 5 - someone had hit the reset button & it wasn’t reset by building management after that first time. The second hot tub on the roof hasn’t worked for 12 months we were told & was empty.
Also one of the residents hosted a Christmas Eve party for his friends (about 25 of them) on the roof which restricted the use for everyone else that night - and left a hell of a mess which was cleaned up by a young lad the following morning.
