I would say 6.5 for the room, 10 for the location, and 10 for the friendly staff. The staff was really nice to us and very welcoming. The location is really awesome as well.
To be fair, I didn’t really look at the pics very well and thought we were getting the nicer rooms and the view. That’s my fault. Make sure you know there’s a difference between the cheaper rooms and those that you see more in the pics with the view.

Location is amazing very close to public transport and very close to Kadıköy shop restaurants and bars with a very lively and buzzing atmosphere especially on Fenerbahçe match days. Very comfortable rooms that are beautifully decorated and spacious. Rooms offer tea and coffee facilities (Nespresso machine). Staff are accommodating and a special mention to Kerem who was extra nice, friendly and very polite.
On arrival the bed sheet and pillow had a stain on them, however this was quickly resolved and changed to clean bedding.

The room was very clean and comfortable
There was a club playing music until 4am both nights right next to the window of my room which kept me awake all night. No earplugs provided or anything to mediate the issue. I can’t understate how loud this was.
