The apartment is located superbly. You are a block away from the best food market in Jerusalem. There is a Supermarket right in the same building. There's parking in the building, but expensive and I found cheeper ones a few blocks down.
The apartment is quiet and is stacked with everything you need - from a bathroom spray to dishes, cutlery, etc.
The terrace is facing East, so you have these amazing sunrizes and it's not too hot in the evening. The apartment is facing a quiet alley, so you don't get the noise from the markets and the crowds nearby. But come out and you are in the middle of everything. The Old City is a leiserly 15-20 walk down the main shopping street - Jaffa. Would certainly pick the same apartment again.

The location is excellent. We also appreciated the full kitchen.
There was nothing we disliked. A few updates would make this an exceptional airbnb.

Juste dans la nuit, un bruit assourdissant du chauffage de l'appartement au dessus qui empêche un peu de dormir. Il suffit de dormir avec des écouteurs ou un casque anti bruit et on peut dormir tranquillement.

Nice apartment in a good location. Owner very responsive. Check in instructions included a video.
Lock a bit tricky. A repair helped some. Paid parking is prohibitively expensive. I arrived in a rental I returned next morning that cost $90 to park.
