I like the room with small kitchen and the small seating area outside!
There is a self service laundry nearby with only walking 2 mins, it's really convenient!
Staffs are very welcoming and helpful!
Property is in the alley which means you might expect to get slightly lost or to go through some local food vendors etc. As a solo female traveler, walking alone in the evening through small alleys sometimes still feels a bit insecure.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in District 1, yet quiet. Not far from Cambodia bus companies and tour operators, all within walking distance. Clean and safe.
The alleys around the hotel are charming and give a glimpse into the local way of life. Lots of eateries, restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity

Very friendly service and pro-active communication. Our flight was badly delayed and we arrived after midnight, but we were received with a friendly smile. Clean and safe. Lots of small shops, restaurants and eateries in the vicinity. The bus company for buses to Phnom Penh is within walking distance (ca. 450m)
A bit hidden in a small alley, not accessible by car. But easy to find with the explanation from the hotel staff
