Good location, very close to Tube station. Nice pub opposite and nice little locations shared by the host over WhatsApp on things in the Notting Hill area. Really close to Portobello Market.
Rooms were warm even in cooler periods, common areas and some parts of the bathroom are showing wear.

The property was very nice and in a great location.
The front door was slightly challenging to locate when arriving late, but the stay was excellent overall.

Location was suitable and had easy access to / from nearest underground station. The property is located in a nice area that had plenty of amenities nearby.
I can't recall the description stating that it was a shared bathroom - it's not something that I would book and have never booked anything like that in the past.
The room did not have a smoke detector installed. The baseplate for fixing to the ceiling was there, but no unit - I find this unacceptable.
The access lock to the room was problematic, it would not accept the code to unlock. It took several attempts before it would wake-up and register our input. This was very frustrating and happened every time we needed to unlock the door, from the outside, to gain access.
The other occupants in the rooms adjacent were extremely noisy waking us up at 1am and again at 8am with slamming doors and raised voices. We could hear their conversations very clearly even at normal talking level.
The bedroom, shared W/C and shared kitchen were spotless although the shared bathroom was not clean and extremely tired.
