The house was awesome great location close to the pools , lakes , and beaches . Any question I had was answered promptly by the owner John and also when I inquired to book the place he answered so quick and had all the forms ready to be filled out thank you so much .

The location and the amenities of the arrowhead resort were pretty nice. We like being very close to the beaches and pool and it was easy to get to restaurants and shopping outside of the resort. The house itself was cute and you could tell the owners took care of it but it was not very clean upon arrival. There was a musty smell and a lot of scented plug-ins to cover it up which made it tough to stay in there. The bathroom was not completely clean, and the beds / mattresses weren't very comfortable. For what we needed for a quick stay it was fine and like I said the amenities of the lake and the area were great but we spent a little much for the quality of what was offered in the house.

The Chalet is very nice. The owner, John, has the house well equipped. He is good to deal with . Any questions we had, he responded with an answer quick. The community has a lot of ammentities and activities. We kayaked, used the pools, bbq'd on the deck and just enjoyed the nature.

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay for the holidays and we found it here. It was a very quiet beautiful community. We found everything as described in the listing and the house was great for us. It was very comfortable, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. Probably our favorite part was the wood burning fireplace. The wood was provided and everything you needed to start the fire was there. This was greatly appreciated. Communication with the owner was great. Always very responsive and very helpful. The security deposit refund was extremely fast and very much appreciated. You are definitely close to a lot of activities (state parks, outlet mall, water parks, slopes), although not much going on this year. Not much snow for the slopes and state parks seemed to be closed. We are looking forward to visiting again during the warmer months and taking advantage of some of the outdoor activities. Great place to welcome in the New Year and would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again.
