Comfort Inn & Suites Mount Pocono

It was really close to the event we went to. They have a working hottub and the pool stays open late. That was really convenient. The breakfast was very good too.

Theres no fan in the hotel room bathroom.

Breakfast was fair

We asked the room be cleaned a little later in the day but that did not happen.

Cleanliness

Too many things not available or long wait to get: eg Remote for TV missing, no foot towels waiting two days for a clean replacement , checked out and still never got a clean one - asked for no cleaning on my 3 day stay but need change on bathroom floor towel never got one - cleaner said she don’t have one but will bring one. Never did- Monday morning no coffee cups or milk or tea bags etc with breakfast @ 7:05 am - desk said they are aware and non very casual about it- when I went back at 8:30 there were 4 cups! How can you advertise breakfast included and no cups for coffee or tea available! Blinds in room only for day time at night had to pin up to avoid outside lighting and car lights etc was on first floor - horrible regards for guest at a fpremium pricing - I paid average $200 per night for the room . Don’t expect luxury but something decent - felt like I paid $50 a night for a motel stop ! A garbage bin to catch water- close to pool entrance from leak in ceiling entire 3 days I was there , felt like I was at a truck stop motel! Horrible management as far as I can see- the employees I encountered were very nice but there is no way the above mentioned issues should be a guess experience.
