GABBY runs a tight ship. Just amazing customer service. Like being at home. I've stayed from The Plaza, Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, Kalahari to Motel 6. (no shame) There you pay for the name. HERE at Comfort Inn and Suites, you're paying for SERVICE. Its "comfort" Inn for a reason and should be SWEETS!AMAZING front desk. Beautiful Rachel, Melissa, Security DeShaun watches over you. Arthur makes sure you have the right light bulb. Just wonderful. Hate to leave. Save your money on those "names" and stay in Mount Pocono!

The room was ok but the check-in was a disaster. There was only one person at the desk. He didn't seem to know how to check-in. There was three people ahead of me in line. Strangely, the people ahead of me were given room keys but when they went to their room there were customers in the room. This slowed down the whole check-in process. I waited 30 minutes before it was my turn to check-in.

I got to the hotel… There is no room for me… I have a single bed, and there is two of us… And I have to make the bed myself. I am miserable. I am upset and I want my money back.

I didn't like that manager dont informed guests about pool, spa and vanding machines was out of order. We have reserved room from December 30 2023 to January 1st 2024, we go to snow tubing and restaurant near hotel coming back to hotel and they removed our personal stuff out of the our room,can you imagine, we go downstairs to front desk and asking them what happened with ours stuff and room, no one have answers for us,they said will be reported to manager in 2 days, we go back to our room and stay one more night. We call Expedia and get refund.

Weather was not ao good. Got plowed in. Was woken up at 3am by a couple when I had to be up at 5am. Receptionist is not friendly at all. She asked for my card and didnt even tell me why. This was first time here and I didnt even know where my room was, nor was i told. Definitely not a location for business trips.

I was disappointed that their pool was closed, and it was one of the reasons that I chose this hotel. When I called to see if I could get some recompence on my bill because of it I was told there was nothing they could for me.

Room was never serviced during our 3 night stay. I didn’t expect clean sheets or towels daily but I did expect garbage to be collected & bed made. Covid is over & it is time to go back to servicing rooms.

This is an old hotel in need of updating. The room was spacious, the TV is old and doesn't have any free premium channe;s or access to using your own apps. There is one ice machine on the 1st floor for whole hotel. the walls are thin and you hear everything

It was very comfortable. Everything you would need for a night's stay was available. Only suggestion is a little better lighting near the sitting area for reading purposes.

Jacuzzi and pool needs a good cleaning and disinfecting. Tub in my room had pubic hair and a crack in the tub and a dirt stain in it. Property needs renovations and staff was nice but was never at front desk when you needed help.

If I had negative stars, I would give them negative stars. I went and they told me I had to put an incidental fee on my credit card. That was no problem, because they assured me that it would come off within the week that is not the case and when I called clear things up, they told me it would be off by Friday. It is not off as of this review, and when I called to ask why it was still not off, they did not give me a clear answer. I asked to talk to their manager and they at first would not even, give me their managers number or name. So far I have not gotten the $75 off of my credit card and now have to email their manager and wait for a response.

Property had lot of broken sidewalks Our room bathroom sink was bent . And peel paint in corner of shower . Bed was very broken in so much that it was not comfortable. Staff was friendly

My husband and I stayed for one night but our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very clean and friendly! Our room smelled amazing and the bed was super comfy! Its our 2nd time here and still our favorite! We used the pool for a bit and it was nice as well!

Staff was excellent - friendly and accommodating. Some of the furniture in the room was a little worn but the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Very clean. The entry to the property could be marked more clearly but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would return

Property needs to be updated. Bathroom was in horrible condition—patches in the wall, pieces missing from the wall with hardware showing, furniture in the room worn with piece broken and scratch up, bed smelt of piss, curtains were out of place, and the entire property looks like something from the 70s. Metal from lamp rusted, carpet coming away from the wall, etc.

Overall the experience was good, however the breakfast ended at 8:20am. We came downstairs and there was absolutely nothing to take. The lady serving breakfast said to all guest waiting (about 15) to be mindful that breakfast ends at 9, even though it was only 8:20am. If you are going to offer breakfast do it for all guests or don’t do it at all. You can’t have 100 guest and spend $100 for breakfast hoping they won’t come down to eat. Do better

Stinky room . The area is ok . Close to Kalahari resort .No breakfast in the morning. A hour before closing breakfast area there was no food left . Only some cereal left . No refill provided.
