Specific great times are set on your day of arrival A Note From the owner: This condo is especially great for families because of the three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one has twin beds (that can be converted into a king if desired), and it is on the ground floor so kids can run out onto the manicured lawn while adults sit on the lanai with their favorite beverage and watch or join in. It is steps to a sandy beach that accesses shallow water with protection from the surf, very advantageous for young children. For surf, simply walk around the other side of the rock wall to the north. We have added air conditioning in all three bedrooms and in the living room; there are a total of four air handlers. This is on top of having gone all out in creating a professionally custom-designed spectacular unit! As you walk in, you know right away that the color scheme, furnishings, and decor are special. As you sit on your own lanai, you are looking at the historic 16th Century Alii (royal) fishpond of Ko'ie'ie, and during whale season (Dec-Apr) you can watch the humpback whales in Ma'alaea Bay.
