Da localização. Fica em uma rua tranquila e movimentada. E tem uma padaria excelente ao lado, além de farmácia e mercado.

A localização foi boa para atender àquela situação específica, mas não pretendo me hospedar nesse local novamente, pois é uma região feia e fora de mão para as coisas que faço qdo vou a São Paulo. Quarto e banheiro não eram grandes, mas confortáveis. Café da manhã é bom, em um lugar com ampla vista.
Qdo escolhi este hotel no Booking, tinha visualizado um preço de R$ 392. Reservei sem prestar mais atenção e qdo cheguei me surpreendi quando o atendente me disse o valor. Fui olhar no email da reserva e realmente constava 436, mais imposto e estacionamento, ficou pouco mais de 480.
