No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. I arrived to a house and filthy pool. A very full dishwasher to empty. A pan put away in cabinet unwashed (tomato sauce splatter along the inside). Dryer still running with all the towels needing to be folded and put away. Dirty floors that had to be swept (food debris and hair around base of cabinets in kitchen). Outdoor grill was dirty and filled with used charcoal. Sheets and duvet cover had to be washed before I could sleep in the bed (grease/coffee stains). Patio table was grimy and had to be cleaned well before we could use it. The trash was overflowing outside with bags on the ground around the can/house - I had the trash disposal company help me drag everything to the curb so that it could be loaded into the trash truck. The carpet upstairs is stained and dirty. I was promised that the cleaning team would return the day after arrival and they never showed up. The pool was filthy and I was told that the pool company had cleaned it four days prior and I would have to wait another three days for the weekly cleaning on Monday. Debris net was shredded and unusable. When the pool company finally came the cleaning consisted of removing debris and throwing a chlorine tab on top of a filter basket filled with debris. Walls were still caked and stained with dirt. Sent video of me brushing grime off the walls. Pool company was to return on Tuesday and did not. At that point I just gave up and didn’t bother complaining. We never used the pool.

This home was absolutely perfect for us! So much nature lighting and the pool was a perfect distraction for our kiddos after a long day waiting for my husband and I to finish working on our own home. The management team was quick to respond to all correspondence and took care of all our needs. We will absolutely be staying again and recommending to friends and family if they are ever looking for a nice rental.

Great place to relax with our family over our spring break. Pool was great and the house had most of things we needed to cook. Although, we wanted to grill, and were not sure it was usable any longer. Check in was easy and the host was quick to reply, but maybe too many emails….lovely home and VERY quiet neighborhood.

Check in was very easy. when we arrived, that house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. communicating with was easy as they were very responsive.

Perfect size for 4 people. House was clean. Did not use the pool, it looked dirty but then it was in January and we were not planning on using it anyway. Good location. Check in and out was perfect and good communication with owner.
