It was perfect for a team of us to stay in Palm beach shores close to our meetings on Singer Island. Location to everything was ideal and place was appointed nicely and very clean. Just perfect!

Took the family for a little beach trip before school started. Had a wonderful time! House is very comfortable and perfect size for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach which was big, had a lifeguard and not crowded. Took the kids to Peanut Island which was easy to do with the Water Taxi right up the block at the Marina. Loved the location and hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Singer Island. The townhouse was equipped with everything you would need in a home away from. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location to the beach was exactly a 4 minute walk. My family and I will definitely be back to Blue Agave!

Everything was exactly as listing described. Everything you need in kitchen, for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim board, etc). Clean. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Marina with restaurant and ferry to peanut island 5 minute walk (1 minute drive). Inlet 10 minute walk. Bunch of local restaurants 3 minute drive or 10 min walk. Really great!!

The property is across the street from the beach so it was really convenient to watch the sun rise and for trips to the beach. There is also a snorkeling trail less than a mile away next to a bridge that was fun.The condo was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location right by the beach where lifeguard is posted. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay in same rental is I were to return to Singer Island - highly recommend.

Listing is as stated and owners very responsive. Very clean and updated, AC works, beds comfy - extra towels, linens, and a keurig machine if that matters to you. This location is a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach and they have thoughtfully supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, everything you need! We had a short drive to spring training baseball games and many different eating choices within walking distance. We'll be back!

We have been going to Singlet Island for about 20 years. This was the first time we rented a place as we used to stay with family. Property was as shown on listing-updated, very clean and stocked. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. Good beach chairs & umbrellas. Across the street from public beach access. Perfect!! Our only suggestions would be window coverings that can be closed on slider in living room and more towel rods or hooks in bathrooms. We would stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for nearly a week playing baseball with my son. The place was in a perfect location to the beach for our two year old. Short walk to beach and places to eat. Hoping we play in palm beach next year and will defiantly book again. Communication was great, house was updated and clean. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

We had an enjoyable stay. We have a few recommendations New mattresses on all beds new pillows,scrape and paint the upstairs ceiling that is peeling. Carpet very stained. Enjoyed the patio!

We had a great stay at this beachside condo. The beach is a few steps away so we enjoyed the sunrise every morning and watching the fisherman pull in some big jack! There are a few restaurants within walking distance and everything else you may need within a short drive.

Location and property are exactly as described in the listing. Easy walk to anything you need on Singer Island - restaurants, stores, inlet, marina. The beach is basically across a parking lot from the townhouse. Property was extremely clean on arrival. Owner was readily available with any questions or issues. We actually had an air conditioning issue during the middle of our stay and it was promptly fixed the same day. We really loved the place and location and will definitely be going back. Don't let the tired exterior frighten you. Interior is updated very clean and very well equipped. Large, safe and comfortable. Great A/C, great showers. Good beach stuff..umbrellas, chairs, cooler, towels. Location could not be better. Beautiful beach across the street. Ellen was very responsive and very nice to work with.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this comfortable beach condo. The accommodations were clean and stocked with everything we needed to make this our home away from home for 5 days. There is so much to do all within a 20 minute drive, with the beach and restaurants only a short walk away. Ellen was a great host. We look forward to booking again👍

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this spot to friends. The location is right across from a public beach access. The street is easy to cross and there is nice playground at the beach entrance the kids enjoyed. The outside of the building looks old relative to some of the newer properties on the oceanside, but the inside was clean and we felt like we got a good value for the price. It is an easy walk to shops/restaurants. A bit further to the marina side of the island, but we did it with a 6 & 8 year old for a fun dinner one night and they were fine. It is also a short beach walk to the inlet where you can watch the fancy boats coming in/out. We had an issue the first day where the electronic lock broke after our first use. We called the owner and luckily her brother was staying in the unit next-door and already had a new lock he was planning to install. The brother was very friendly and our trip wasn't impacted. There were multiple beach umbrellas, towels and a couple good chairs for renters to use. Internet was reliable and fast enough for us to stream movies on the devices we brought. Parking is convenient, well lit and right beside the unit, but you walk on stepping stones in the grass to get to the door so we carried our rolling bags. Well stocked with cleaning supplies.
