The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back. We have a small leash right out the back because it is not fenced. You can tie your pup up there and let him/her roam! MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a smart TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites. SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio. LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! This is where the queen air mattress (please note it is an air mattress some booking sites do not have this option to select) can be deployed to sleep two more - thankfully it pumps itself up! a large 55” TV with Comcast so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS) KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal. BACKYARD: is not fenced-in, but we do provide a leash tied down by the back patio door to let the pup out to roam. With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio. We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.
