Booked this condo for a quick girls trip get away. Condo was very comfortable and has great separation of the bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy and noise reduction if you have people that stay up later or rise earlier. Beds were super comfortable and condo was very clean. Great proximity to the beach and has a partial ocean view from the patio. Only thing to note is there was only 1 beach towel provided so I would bring some towels with you for your stay. Also the TVs were on the smaller side but served the purpose for evenings. We did not use the gym or pools but from what I could tell they were in good shape and had excellent upkeep.

Great view, eat walk to the beach! The full kitchen was great to be able to cook in instead of eating out so much! Pool was amazing!!

When we originally booked the listing said heated pool and hot tub. Since we went in January we were looking forward to the heated pool with the kids… but there is not a heated pool. The notes about needing to be quiet for the people who live downstairs was also frustrating seeings how we went with two children. They were running around playing outside with friends and the downstairs tenant made sure to open the door and glare at them. The return vent in the master bedroom was full of black gunk I took a picture because it was so yucky. Definitely in need of a good vent cleaning. As others have stated the water pressure isn’t the greatest. Maybe it’s normal for there but not what we’re used to. The trip wasn’t horrible kids loved the pier and the beach but wouldn’t stay at this location again. Many of our friends had much better condo experiences.
