Fine for smoking, vaping, or drugs is $1000 or actual damages, whichever is higher. ★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our basement apartament. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to penalize. ★EXTRA GUEST - We designed our apartament environment for 8 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $30/person for extra overnight guests. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors. ★NOISE OR DISTURBANCE - To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and other Airbnb guests on the property, not causing disturbances, noise or disturbance. Guests who cause a noise disturbance or other unreasonable disturbance to others may be fined and will be fined if police are called. ★We locked the door to the first room on the right in the first hallway, the door in front of the toilet, and the door next to the room with the two queen beds.
